Paul and assistant fitter were wonderfully skilled in the installation of the windows and were so good to have around! I would be happy to show anyone the results of their work, a whole house, including three large bay windows, looking good and still in keeping with the character of a 1930’s house.

Matching an internal window to the colour of the wood panelling and creating a beautiful arched window were two masterpieces.

Having carried out a fair bit of research before obtaining quotes for replacing all the windows throughout our property, I felt prepared for the next step, ie get some quotes,

The quotes received did vary as did the quality of the product. Also, I was astounded at the difference in the sincerity demonstrated of those who quoted.

Then when Graham stepped through the front door, it was like a breath of fresh air. He actually listened to what I wanted and was happy to answer my questions and responded with empathy with regards to my concerns. Graham also offered suggestions without being pushy. The price was fair, and so an installation date and time frames for the work were agreed.

The installer who fitted the new windows, Paul, could not have been more polite and courteous. He worked extremely hard during the entire time he was there and what’s more, by the time he left, there was little evidence to show for the visit other than the new windows.

A few days later, Graham returned to inspect the work and check that I was happy with everything, which I was! As Graham checked he noticed that one of the openers was left handed when it should have been right handed (I hadn’t spotted it). He immediately changed it there and then.

Several months later, I called Graham as the Patio doors needed some slight adjustment, and within a day Paul came and fixed it.

Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the product, standard of work and the after sales care. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend Addlestone Windows. I believe in supporting local businesses and you did not let me down.
